Ryan’s practice focuses on a mix of start-ups and technology businesses as well as the transactional and corporate needs of more established companies.

Ryan's clients range from the established political, energy, restaurant, and technology sectors to emerging industries like cannabis and alcohol manufacturers. Covering all elements of transactions and corporate needs, Ryan focuses on delivering strong, efficient results for his clients, no matter what they are facing.

In addition to his general corporate and transactional practice, Ryan helps startups organize and finance business entities and establish the right structures and agreements to ensure their success and ease of operation. He also negotiates and develops contracts ranging from executive employment arrangements to complex software licenses to fundraising agreements, as well as full-scope securities contracts for all financing purposes. He is excited to help emerging groups with fresh ideas navigate the legal landscape and bring their products and services to market.

He remains involved with both programs where he served as an adviser and coach to the ABA NAAC team and judges both moot court and negotiations competitions.
